February 2011 - It's All Beginning to Come Together!

It’s been so long since I’ve written so I’m not going to even try to catch you up on my life!  I’m just gonna pick up from this month.

My business has grown so much in this past year.  I have not only concentrated on sales but also recruiting.  My team has doubled in size in 1 year and 2 women on my team promoted to Star Leader and just attended their very first Leadership Conference along with me.   It was an amazing trip for them as well as for myself!  The hosting city this year was New Orleans.  The city looks beautiful and everything looks as though they’re ready for Mardi Gras this week.

While in NOLA attending our Leadership Conference, I attended many workshops and was also privileged to be one of the first to see the NEW

Spring Collection.  There are 44 pieces and every piece is amazing!  All of the jewelry is available to be viewed on my website, just request it at the end of this and I will get it right out to you. 

As the last few snowy days of February approach, I am looking forward to March because in Central Ohio, March means Spring is finally only weeks away.  My calendar always begins to fill up as hostesses are anxious to have their girlfriends in and begin celebrating the end of winter.  What better way to celebrate than with girlfriends and free jewelry!  The national home party average for our jewelry is $950 and my sales are right around $1030.  My average hostess receives approximately $350 in Free Jewelry and my commission is, on average, $320/party!
