Your first 100 days are an exciting time...when you lay the foundation for a  successful business. I know that the more jewelry you have to display, the more you will sell. To help you build your business quickly, the Fast Start Jewelry Rewards Program rewards you with free jewelry for developing good business habits - habits of consistent activity. You will experience immediate rewards while developing habits to achieve your goals.

How Does it Work:

As a new representative, you may qualify for up to $3,000 in FREE JEWELRY based on your personal sales! For every $2,100* in cumulative Personal Commissionable Volume (PCV) you may acquire during your first 100 days, you will receive a $500 Free Jewelry Certificate. The 100 days begins the day your Application-Agreement is entered.

*$2,100 PCV equals $3,000 in retail sales

EARN UNLIMITED BONUSES FOR RECRUITING

For every recruit you sponsor during your Fast Start Period, you may qualify for a $500 Free Jewelry Recruiting Bonus. There's no limit to the Free Jewelry Recruiting Bonus you may qualify for! Here are the qualifications:

  1. You must achieve $2100 or more PCV during your Fast Start Period.
  2. Your new recruit must have an entry date during Your Fast Start Period and achieve $2100 or more PCV during her own Fast Start Period.

All Free Jewelry Certificates will be posted online. This allows you to see your certificate as soon as it is available and redeem it for free jewelry right away.

What are your recommendations for selecting my initial jewelry order?

I recommend selecting various looks for your jewelry display. A general guide is to have 1/3 of your display be Necklaces, 1/3 be Earrings, 1/3 be a collection of Bracelets, Pendants, Ankle Bracelets, Toe Rings, Belts, Watches and Rings, all at various prices.

One of the best ways to advertising your jewelry is to wear it! Select Rings in your size but also consider ordering other sizes for your Customers to try on. The most common Rings sizes are 7, 8 and 9.

What is the commission rate and are there any quotas I will have to meet?

You will always receive a 30% commission on all your retail sales.

There are no quotas for the Representative, however,  should you decide to build your business and sponsor others to join your team, you will have monthly minimums to meet. This policy keeps the Leader working at a modest pace, representating to her team that consistency is the key to building a successful business.
